ADR Fee Structure

The AdReS Now International Centre has the following fee structure for services offered.

Claim Value Arbitration Fee
upto Rs. 10 Lakhs Rs. 10,000/-
Greater than Rs. 10 Lakhs and upto Rs. 50 Lakhs Rs 10,000/- + 1% of claim value above Rs. 10 Lakhs
Greater than Rs. 50 Lakhs and upto Rs.10 Crores Rs. 50,000/- + 0.8% of claim value above Rs. 50 Lakhs
Greater than Rs. 10 Crores 0.6% of claim value or Rs. 7,60,000/- which ever is higher
Note :
Above fee does not include taxes, which will be applied on top of the above fee
