Gaurav Pachnanda

Gaurav Pachnanda is a Senior Advocate (India) and Barrister (England and Wales), whose practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory work, with a significant multi- jurisdictional component. While he is based in New Delhi, Gaurav also practices abroad aa a Barrister at Fountain Court chambers, London and Singapore. He is regularly briefed as lead counsel in complex commercial disputes before the Supreme court, the Delhi High Court, and other courts and tribunal in India, including domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He has extensive experience (both as counsel and as arbitrator) in ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well those administered by major international institutions, such as SIAC,ICC and LCIA. He is a member of the Governing Council of Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) and the Arbitration Committee of the Jammu Kashmir International Arbitration Centre (JKIAC).
