Pinaaz Mehta is a qualified Solicitor by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. With over 20 years’ of experience, she is a seasoned lawyer in diverse practice areas and has worked on large corporate and commercial arbitrations, shareholders disputes, insolvency matters, pre-dispute advisory, banking matters, M&A transactions and general corporate advisory matters. Having received training in mediation, she has successfully helped clients mediate and settle complex disputes. IN addition, she regularly provides training under the POSH Act to employees and the IC.
